Hours: This hotline is taking calls live every day from 6 AM - 6 PM PST / 9 AM - 9 PM EST. On Election Day, they will be taking live calls from 3 AM - 7 PM PST / 6 AM - 10 PM EST. Throughout the rest of the year, calls to the hotline will be answered within 24 hours.

Pre-register to Vote
Pre-registration does not change the voting age, which is 18. Instead, it allows eligible Californians ages 16 or 17 to complete the online voter registration form providing sufficient time and opportunity to get ready to vote.
